No one able to issue my merchandise credit
- I tried online ordering but couldn't apply the prior merchandise credit.
- Customer service transferred me six times; only level 2 could help.
I have a credit issued for future purchases from a 2018 refund. It specifically says no termination/expiration date.
On the phone, no one knew how to process this. I think that Chadwicks no longer exists and those who answered were running a scam.
I attempted an online order today and when checking out, to apply my merchandise credit, which was provided from a prior order refund/return. There was no place to apply the merchandise credit code.
I called the customer service and order numbers, was transferred 6 times, no one knew what I was talking about.
They could take my credit card number because they were "level 1" but only a "level 2" could help. Is this now a bogus company and I lose my merchandise credit?

I am a petite person. Dont people know that a petite sleeves are shorter also. Most persons arms are the same length as they are tall. Most sweaters and blouses are made with regular sizes.
I paid 40.00 dollars for the blouse and it will cost me another 20.00 to get it altered. GRR!
Price of shipping and handling too high.
I was going to buy a dress for 24.99 by the time shipping and handling were added ( and taxes) it was over 43.00!!!

When I tried to contact the company, I was forced to call an outsourced phone service. After being on hold forever, I was told the computer system was down, and I'd have to call back.
I don't have time for this. I will never use this company again.

I received an email from them today, 21/22/21 that they are just now shipping. Ive paid way too much for shipping to have this order going out 10 days after ordering. Looks like a complaint for the Better Business Bureau!

Returned 4 sweaters via USPS a month ago. Still haven't received my refund. I cannot reach Chadwick's customer service.

Not only was the quality of the sweaters bad, but their customer service is terrible. After waiting about 20 minutes, they told me I had been routed to the wrong area and they would transfer me.
That went to another dead end. I will definitely NOT be buying anything else from them.
In this day and age, why should it take over a month to get something returned? Horrible.
Shipping payment complaint
Don't buy anything from Chadwick I paid $20.00 shipping fee for two pairs of pants. The quality was bad and the fit was bad.
My cost for the pants was $38.24 and $35.60 plus $20.00 shipping fee. Total $$93.84. I will be returning the pants, with another additional shipping fee of $8.95. Total shipping fees $28.95.
You do the math.
I live in Massachusetts and they are a Massachusetts based company. What a rip off.

I have a refund of over $150 outstanding even though my returned items were delivered over a month ago. I’ve called three times now and they keep saying their system is down! Yeah right!
It’s ridiculous and the clothing I received was way overpriced for the poor quality. I’m not sure what has happened but they have really gone down hill
